General Conditions

These General Conditions govern the use of the Xeyo website as well as the services offered by Xeyo. By navigating the site or using the services, the client acknowledges having read these conditions and accepts them without reservation.
1. Presentation of Xeyo
Xeyo is a digital agency specializing in:
the creation of websites (showcase sites, landing pages, e-commerce),
branding and digital identity,
the design and integration of AI agents and automation.

2. Purpose
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms under which Xeyo provides its services to its clients, as well as the rights and obligations of each party.
3. Quotes and orders
Any service is subject to a personalized quote. The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issuance.
The order is considered firm and final after:
written approval of the quote by the client,
and, where applicable, payment of the deposit indicated on the quote.
4. Prices and payment terms
The prices are expressed in euros (€) and excluding taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise indicated on the quote:
a deposit of 30 to 50% is required before the start of the project,
the balance is payable upon delivery of the project.
Any delay in payment may result in the suspension of the project without notice.
5. Completion deadlines
The delivery times are given for informational purposes. They may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client (content, validations, feedback).
Xeyo cannot be held responsible for a delay caused by a lack of elements or responses from the client.
6. Client obligations
The client agrees to:
provide accurate and complete information,
send the necessary content (texts, images, access) within the agreed deadlines,
respect the payment deadlines.
The client is responsible for the content provided and guarantees holding the necessary rights.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated:
the creations (designs, websites, interfaces) become the property of the client after full payment,
Xeyo retains the right to mention the achievements for portfolio and communication purposes.
The methods, tools, scripts, automation logic, and know-how used remain the property of Xeyo.
8. AI agents and automation
AI agents are designed according to the needs expressed by the client. Xeyo does not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or operational results.
The client remains responsible for the use of AI agents and their legal compliance (GDPR, data, sector obligations).
9. Maintenance and developments
Any request for modification or development after delivery will be subject to an additional quote, unless included in the initial offer.
Maintenance is not included by default, unless otherwise stated.
10. Responsibility
Xeyo commits to providing its services with diligence and professionalism.
Xeyo's liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
misuse of the services,
interruption of third-party services (hosting, external platforms, APIs),
indirect damages or loss of revenue.
11. Termination
In case of project termination by the client:
the sums already paid remain with Xeyo,
the work completed by the date of termination is due.
11 bis. Refund
The services offered by Xeyo are personalized services and tailored, no refund can be demanded once the project has started.
However:
if the project has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered, less administrative fees and time already spent,
if Xeyo is wholly unable to perform the service for reasons solely attributable to it, a refund proportional to the unfulfilled services may be made.
No refund will be granted in case of:
client changing their mind,
delay caused by a lack of communication or content provided by the client,
dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences not included in the approved quote.
12. Personal data
Xeyo commits to respecting the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR).
The data collected is used solely within the framework of the business relationship.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present conditions are subject to Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Xeyo's registered office.
14. Acceptance
The client acknowledges having read these General Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
